One of testing’s main role is providing information for decision makers, and information implies communication. Many times we hear there is a problem around communication, but problems are challenges that we can overcome and sometimes enjoy. This session is about a personal approach, evolved from professional experience, used to better deliver and formulate messages for the project stakeholders, an approach that increased trust and awareness for the value testing activities can deliver.
