Attila is involved in software engineering since he was graduated 18 years ago. He is currently a Quality Manager at NNG LLC, the Hungary based car navigation company. He also held formerly several senior testing and test management positions at Ericsson. Recently he focuses on quality management and process improvement but he also coach people in software engineering. He is also an occasional speaker at software testing conferences all over Europe.

Mastering the Test Process Improvement
As the job market slowly dries out and the competition intensifies continuous improvement became a necessity. However if it is not done properly not only it can be inefficient but it can even back fire easily. In this presentation I will present a framework for test process improvement, a high level overview of the options and tools that are at your disposal. I will cover both analytical and model based approaches and describe when it is worth to use them. I will also cover typical pitfalls like insufficient preparation or improper change management. All these will be complemented by real life examples and figures.
