Diána Meskó

Diána Meskó has joined Ericsson Hungary Ltd. in 2008. She started to work as a system engineer and test responsible for a mobile network design software. She moved to new project after 4 years: to support and trainee tool users of mobile subscriber experience monitoring tool worldwide, while also doing testing additionally. Since 2015 her main roles are: test system architecture, team leader and technical coordinator of the software. Meanwhile she has successfully passed ISTQB Foundation Level exam and joined the Agile Tester Extension course. Her plan is to continue her studies on advanced level in testing.

Evolutional case study: how a traditional testing process becomes Agile

Before releasing a tool it should be tested, means trying and correcting found faults iteratively till it becomes releasable. Bussines requirement is to have as frequent release as possible. One case study is detailed about evolution of a traditional testing process to become Agile to have a frequently releasable tool.

Presentation will highlight that evolution of testing went through several steps until it became fully Agile and until it supports continuous releasing of a software and so continuous adaption to business requirements.
