BDD implementation in healthcare environment

We develop a cloud-based medical software product in a highly regulated and challenging environment. There is a clear expectation for delivering multiple releases a day. To meet this expectation, the driving development process has to be robust and rock solid. Therefore, "test first" has become a fundamental principle of development. We use TDD and BDD methodology to implement our testing mechanism. Forty scrum teams are integrating code and running tests globally at any given moment.
