Tamás has spent more than a decade in IT, starting as a business analyst and later as the head of development in a major telco provider. For two years now he is leading the Hungarian and Slovak branch of the biggest European crowdtesting provider, Testbirds. With Testbirds Tamás gained experience in conducting UX researches.

Usability is becoming more and more important for the companies, as more digital touchpoints are available for the end users. With digital touchpoints companies try to distinguish themselves from competitors with providing customers a unique digital experience.
The timing of usability test is a crucial question, but usability testing is not always a structural element of a software’s testing process. Tamás will show 4 stages of the development process where usability tests can be performed.
