About the Presentation

The Magic Number

We’ve all learned exhaustive testing being impossible. In practice, you often have to compromise with given time and resource constraints. László reviews the principles and theories behind exhaustive testing. Further on, he tells about his experience on practical considerations of test assessment, planning, and evaluating the test exit criteria, using the cumulative number of bugs as the “magic number.” Also, helps to gain tester’s confidence in the area.
