At one of the industry leading travelling and booking site, we have improved our whole development process to be able to release our product much faster. In a great part due to these improvements, our main achievement was to decrease the time of our release verification process from five days to few hours. Now our team can safely sign off the product based on our automated test results for every deploy. We improved our test automation framework to be able to easily add new scripts, minimize the cost of maintenance and – what is the most important – have confidence in our automated test results. We also improved our continuous integration pipeline to have faster test execution. During my presentation I will tell you how can you implement continuous delivery based on our case study.
