Presentation: Being a mediator in a distributed multicultural team

This presentation highlights my experience of working in a distributed multicultural team.

I will focus on an approach towards hierarchy; different styles of communication; trust issues; lack of informing; work-life balance; correspondence rules. I will discuss how educational background and hobbies help to succeed and why nowadays a good IT specialist is a curious one.
