In switching his language away from testing to value, Rob was able to unlock better ways of testing, better ways of working and better outcomes for the business. And in doing so, Rob likes to believe the company they created enriched the lives of all who worked in it.

Biography
Rob started his career as a software tester, then Engineering manager before making the logical move sideways to HR. Rob has been a Vice President Software Engineering (twice), Vice President of HR, CIO and now runs his own consultancy and training company.
When he’s not talking about communication, he co-hosts a podcast about stationery, makes films, writes books and takes photos.
