I believe that quality is a question of attitude. Even the best strategy means nothing without a quality minden attitude. As soon as quality gets the same priority as the other three constraints of the classic project management triangle then it can lead to the desired positive change in a team, in a project, or in an organisation. Leading large testing undertakings with 50+ contributors from different line organisations, with different backgrounds from different sites to success, whereby improving the processes as well as the competency of the individuals is the challenge I faced most often in the course of the last 10 years.

Szilard is a DevOps Transformation Lead for Telco Business and a SAFe SPC. He has a proven track record in large scale Telco DevOps Transformation Programs, as well as working as an assessor, trainer, facilitator and coach in Test Automation and Testing Process improvement area. Szilard is a very well-known conference speaker in Europe, also an active member of HUSTEF, UCAAT and TheDevOps Conferences Programme Committee, and in 2021 was invited to the PC of EuroSTAR.
