Biography
I am a Senior Talent Partner at 2i Testing – one of the UK’s leading Tech Consultancies for Quality Engineering and Founder of Women in Test – a safe space for women + allies to connect, share empower and inspire one another.
Spending the start of my Talent career in high performing recruitment agencies, I’m leveraging my background to now build tech teams in house. I have over 4 years Quality Engineering recruitment experience, and have hired 100’s of quality Engineers into over 30 companies.
I love changing the tech space, one hire at a time. The scales in the world of tech talent are still heavily imbalanced with Women making up less than 30% of the industry. Educating and creating pathways for Girls & Women to enter into Tech is where my passion lies.
