How we can manage performance testing?

We often hear the word performance testing. We find some tools, learn how to use them, and start working with them. Is this performance testing? How I manage to do the performance testing is the topic for this presentation. I will go through all phases of management of performance testing with an example and a clear view of what we could do even better and are advantages and disadvantages of our solution.
