I am an experienced technologist & career tester who has been in IT roles since 1987. I have had an interesting and varied career which has enabled me to work as a Head of Testing and Development in Financial Services and Life Sciences, and
other business domains.
I currently work for 2i Limited as a QAT Architect & Service Delivery Principal. Ideliver strategic advice and services to clients on how to deliver great quality software, and ensure they get maximum value from their investments in Testing and Quality Engineering.
I have been building teams and hiring people at all levels for over 15 years, and have been a career coach, trainer and mentor for over 10 years. I love helping people with their personal and professional development and I regularly speak at conferences and occasionally organise them to share knowledge across the IT Industry.
As Programme Chair HUSTEF 2023, I initiated the Career Clinic and am delighted to provide this workshop as an extension of the Career Clinic at HUSTEF 2025.
