Ensuring that software was tested thoroughly sticks more to the soft skills than technical skills. Ethics can protect people and companies from failure, money or reputation loss, or even harming somebody’s health. Ethics can ensure maintaining trust inside the organization between the employees and even outside of the organization – when selling a product. By adopting ethics in software testing, teams will be able to build apps that are more safe and reliable. Testing is usually very well described from a technical point of view: functional and non-functional tests, pyramids, and test automation frameworks.
